Most people don't pay for 20/20 +30 upgrades on weapons, so in future you probably don't want to put them on.

Damage mod isn't max and /10 on a hammer warrior isn't particularly favoured. I still think you could get ~20k for it, as it is a sought after hammer with nice upgrades. Get some more opinions, though.
